Job Location: Various Project Sites across West Bengal & Bihar
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer to join our Railway Infrastructure Projects team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in railway project execution and sound knowledge of railway construction machinery, site operations, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day railway project site activities.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of railway construction machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and machine utilization reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Coordinate material planning and site logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Railway Infrastructure Projects.
- Good knowledge of railway site machinery and equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple project sites and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Railway Track, OHE, Signaling, or Civil Railway Projects.
- Knowledge of railway construction equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with railway safety standards and site management practices.
