Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational/two shifts
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills
