Whistling Woods International (WWI) is India’s premier Film, Communication & Creative Arts Institute. Since its inception in 2006, WWI has successfully delivered world-class education in all creative and technical aspects of filmmaking. Located inside Mumbai’s Filmcity Complex, students receive hands-on instruction in the discipline they want to pursue.
We are looking for a fantastic team member to join as an Executive – Student Production.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Independently handle the designated Student Project/s assigned by the Head of Department from time to time
· Ensure that all relevant Budgets, Parameters, Policies and Shoot Guidelines have been communicated to the students
· Supervise and oversee the Budgets, Schedules and Logistics handled by the Students and any deviations, to be reported to the Head
· Formulate Pre-production, shoot, and Post -production schedules in conjunction with the Head and coordinate smoothly with the faculty and students
· Follow up on various deadlines given to the Students on the Projects
· Supervise the shoots and report the shoot problems to the Head
· Follow up with the Students on the Project's post -production status
· Ensure that all the Deliverables of the Project of the completed films are submitted by the Students-to-Students Production on time
· Any other responsibilities given by the Head from time to time.
Skill sets required :
- Good speaking and writing skills in English (basically to coordinate with the Faculty and students)
- Good people management skills like handling Students, Alumni and Faculty
- Background in Film/Media or Communication
- Understanding of the film medium and its workings
- Educational Qualification in Media and Communication
CTC: Up to 40,000
Job Location : Goregaon East
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
