The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and reception area. This role ensures exceptional customer service, efficient administrative processes, and smooth coordination between departments. The Manager acts as the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage front office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest or client inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, and staff attendance
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized front office area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor logs
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Implement and enforce front office policies and procedures
- Prepare reports related to front office operations and performance
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager, Reception Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
