Classic Regency is a premium 4-star hotel in Alappuzha committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Captain to join our Food & Beverage team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and banquet service.
- Lead and motivate Captains, Stewards, and Trainees.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and Front Office for smooth service.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Train team members on SOPs, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service readiness.
- Maintain billing accuracy and restaurant discipline.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year as a Captain or Senior Captain in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest handling skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
