- Check the cleanliness and arrangement of the spare parts counter and store.
- Check daily stock availability of fast-moving parts.
- Receive spare parts requirements from service advisors and technicians.
- Identify the correct spare part using the vehicle model, chassis details, or part number.
- Issue spare parts against authorized job cards.
- Supply spare parts to walk-in customers at the parts counter.
- Prepare spare parts invoices and bills as per dealership procedure.
- Receive incoming spare parts and verify quantity, part numbers, and condition.
- Update inward and outward stock transactions in the DMS/ERP system.
- Arrange parts properly on shelves and bins according to part number/category.
- Inform the Parts Manager about low-stock and out-of-stock items.
- Follow up on pending or back-ordered parts.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs.
- Handle customer enquiries regarding parts availability and price.
- Ensure only genuine and correct parts are issued.
- Handle returned, damaged, or wrongly supplied parts as per dealership procedures.
- Check for damaged packaging, missing parts, or stock discrepancies.
- Assist in periodic physical stock verification.
- Maintain proper records of parts issued, received, and returned.
- Support the Parts Manager in daily inventory activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Correct Parts Identification – Issue the right part for the right vehicle.
- Inventory Accuracy – Keep physical stock and system stock updated.
- Workshop Support – Ensure technicians receive required parts quickly.
- Customer Service – Handle counter customers professionally and efficiently.
- Stock Arrangement – Maintain an organized and easily accessible parts store.
- Loss Prevention – Prevent shortages, wrong issues, damages, and unauthorized movement of parts.
- System Updates – Complete all transactions accurately in the DMS/ERP.
- Reporting – Report shortages, pending orders, damaged parts, and discrepancies to the Parts Manager
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
