## Job Summary
The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office Department to ensure exceptional guest experiences in line with the hotel's luxury standards. The role is responsible for supervising front office associates, maintaining operational efficiency, maximizing guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
## Key Responsibilities
### Operational Management
* Assist in managing the day-to-day Front Office operations, including Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, Bell Desk, and Telephone Operations.
* Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining luxury service standards.
* Monitor room availability and coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Sales departments.
* Handle VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest requests.
* Ensure accurate room allocation and effective room inventory management.
* Supervise daily shift operations and ensure adequate staffing.
### Guest Experience
* Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable guest experiences.
* Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
* Build strong relationships with repeat and long-stay guests.
* Ensure all guest requests are handled efficiently and within service standards.
* Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
### Team Leadership
* Supervise, motivate, coach, and mentor Front Office associates.
* Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers.
* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
* Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.
* Ensure grooming, appearance, and professional conduct meet luxury hotel standards.
### Revenue & Financial Management
* Support revenue optimization through effective room upselling.
* Monitor daily room revenue and occupancy performance.
* Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to financial procedures.
* Assist in controlling departmental expenses and minimizing revenue leakage.
### Administrative Responsibilities
* Prepare daily operational reports.
* Monitor departmental SOP compliance.
* Ensure all guest records are maintained accurately.
* Coordinate with other departments for seamless hotel operations.
* Participate in management meetings and prepare required reports.
### Safety & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
* Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
* Ensure health, safety, and emergency procedures are followed.
* Assist in security and emergency response situations when required.
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
* Minimum 4–6 years of Front Office experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a 5-star luxury hotel.
* Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and guest service standards.
* Experience with Property Management Systems (Opera, Opera Cloud, IDS, or similar).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Good financial and revenue awareness.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

## Preferred Experience
Pay: ₹57,031.72 - ₹79,823.14 per month
