Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tele Caller Executive who can handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and provide information about company products and services. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain customer data and call records in CRM or Excel.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary:
- ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
