Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Planning and delivering daily English lessons (prose, poetry, grammar) aligned with CBSE/IB curriculum.
- Skill Development: Improving student listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Assessment: Designing worksheets, creating test papers, evaluating student progress, and maintaining records.
- Classroom Management: Fostering a positive, interactive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Co-curricular Activities: Organizing literary events, debates, elocutions, and assemblies.
- Parent Communication: Conducting parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.
Key Competencies
- Fluency: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Pedagogy: Ability to use activity-based learning and digital tools (EdTech).
- Engagement: Skilled in maintaining student interest and managing classroom behavior.
