- Welcome guests politely and professionally.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out process.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and booking inquiries.
- Manage room booking records and guest details.
- Explain room availability, tariff, facilities and booking terms to customers.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness and cleanliness.
- Maintain guest entry records, ID proof records and payment details.
- Handle walk-in customers and online/phone inquiries.
- Support banquet hall, marriage and function booking inquiries.
- Collect advance payments and issue booking receipts as instructed by management.
- Maintain front desk register, booking diary and daily report.
- Handle guest complaints politely and inform the manager/owner when required.
- Coordinate with room service, housekeeping and security staff.
- Keep reception area clean, organized and professional.
- Follow hotel rules, safety standards and guest privacy requirements.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
