We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to contact potential customers, explain our products/services, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments. Candidates should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads.
- Explain products/services clearly.
- Maintain call records and customer details.
- Meet daily call and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior telecalling experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
