Job Description
Triple7 IT Digital is looking for an experienced HR Head / Human Resources Head to lead our HR function and support the company's workforce and organizational growth.
The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR operations, policy development, team building, and creating effective HR processes as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company's overall HR function
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition
- Build technical and non-technical teams
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Handle employee relations and HR concerns
- Manage attendance and payroll coordination
- Develop employee engagement initiatives
- Manage performance evaluation processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Develop training and employee development programs
- Support company culture and employee satisfaction
- Manage recruitment pipelines and hiring requirements
- Work closely with management and department heads
- Develop scalable HR systems and processes
Requirements
- Experience in HR Management, preferably in the IT/software industry
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Knowledge of Performance Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in HR policy and process development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Professional approach with confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to build and manage teams
