Borocracy is hiring a Tax & Compliance Associate to join our growing team. We are a dedicated compliance partner serving startups, small businesses and individuals — We make GST, Taxation and Business Compliance simple, affordable and stress-free.

What you’ll do ?
- Handle GST Registration and GST Filing independently for multiple clients
- Manage Income Tax Filing and Tax Compliance processes end to end
- Monitor and manage client deadlines independently — ensuring zero missed filings
- Research and provide timely updates on changes in Tax laws, GST regulations and Government acts
- Communicate with clients to collect documents and explain compliance requirements clearly
- Maintain accurate records of all filings, deadlines and client communications
- Support clients with Business Registration and Licensing requirements
- Identify compliance risks and proactively flag them to the team
What we are looking for?
- B.Com graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in GST and Taxation
- Solid working knowledge of GST laws, Income Tax regulations and Compliance requirements
- Proficient in accounting software — Tally, QuickBooks or similar
- Strong communication skills — able to explain complex regulations in simple terms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client deadlines independently
- Detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
