Podcast Host / Conversational Interviewer
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Mode: Hybrid (Online + Studio Recording Sessions)
We are hiring a podcast host/interviewer for a long-form podcast focused on:
- Mythology
- Self-improvement
- Astrology, philosophy, psychology, and deep conversations
We are looking for someone who:
- Can hold intelligent conversations for 1–3 hours
- Reads books and thinks independently
- Can challenge guests respectfully
- Is comfortable discussing abstract, philosophical, and controversial topics without becoming emotional or dogmatic
Responsibilities
- Host and co-host podcast episodes
- Research guests and discussion topics beforehand
- Prepare discussion frameworks and question trees
- Maintain conversational flow during recordings
- Occasionally assist with clips, titles, and audience engagement
- Participate in both online and offline recording sessions in Jaipur
Preferred Qualities
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good listening skills
- Deep interest in psychology, philosophy, spirituality, self-development, or science
- Comfortable on camera and microphone
Bonus Skills
- Experience in podcasting, interviewing, theatre, debate, radio, or content creation
- Understanding of astrology, meditation, self improvement
- Basic social media/content editing knowledge
Compensation
Compensation depends on skill, communication ability, intellectual depth, and consistency.
