Automotive Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate test drives and vehicle deliveries.
- Explain financing, insurance, and exchange options to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
