Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role involves driving sales, providing excellent customer service, maintaining product presentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion retail and be able to maintain the quality and appearance of merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance to understand their needs and preferences.
- Drive sales by effectively showcasing products and recommending suitable options to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including features, pricing, offers, and new collections.
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and styling recommendations.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper display, arrangement, and availability of products on the sales floor.
- Maintain the quality and presentation of garments by folding, arranging, ironing, steaming, and handling clothes carefully.
- Ensure all products are neatly displayed and maintained as per store visual merchandising standards.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, tagging, and store housekeeping activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting room areas.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Fashion retail: 1 year (Required)
