Position: Relationship Executive

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Relationship Team Leader
Job Summary
The Relationship Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving business targets, and ensuring timely loan collections. The role requires regular field visits, customer acquisition, and coordination with internal departments to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets assigned by the management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the credit, operations, and accounts teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
- Ensure timely collection of EMIs and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily activity reports.
- Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal processes.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance, or Financial Services are preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years in sales, customer relationship management, or financial services.
