- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and execute budget-to-actual variance analyses. [1, 2]
- General Ledger & Reconciliation: Oversee daily transactions, review complex journal entries, and perform balance sheet account reconciliations. [1, 2]
- Audit Preparation: Coordinate with external and internal auditors, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards. [1, 2]
- Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Assist with corporate tax filings, monitor internal controls, and ensure all procedures align with financial laws. [1, 2]
- Leadership & Strategy: Review financial data for forecasting, assist CFOs or finance directors in strategic decisions, and train junior accounting staff. [1, 2]
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. [1, 2]
- Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of proven accounting or finance experience. [1, 2, 3]
