Role and Responsibilities:
l Manage job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
l Coordinate onboarding activities, including document collection and induction programs.
l Maintain employee records and ensure all hiring paperwork is completed.
l Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to policies and procedures.
l Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
l Address minor grievances and escalate major concerns when necessary.
l Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance tracking.
l Assist in payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave data.
l Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
l Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
l Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
l Support document management, including contracts and company records.
Assist in Project contract preparation, review, and coordination
Handle payment follow-ups with clients, including tracking dues and coordinating for timely collections.
l Assist in coordinating performance reviews and appraisal processes.
l Maintain training records and support learning and development initiatives.
l Coordinate employee off-boarding, including conducting exit interviews and clearance procedures.
l Ensure final settlement processing and documentation.
Effectively manage multiple responsibilities across HR, administration, coordination, and financial follow-ups in a multitasking role.
Experience: 3+ years in HR or admin work.
Skills:
Organized and good at multitasking.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Friendly and helpful.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
