MK Group is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary General Manager to join our leadership team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will bring over 15+ years of proven experience in senior management roles within corporate settings, with a strong command of business agreements, project management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the organisation’s daily operations to ensure seamless execution of strategic objectives.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with MKE Group’s mission and values.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership or general management role.
- Extensive background in corporate governance, administration, and operations.
- In-depth knowledge of contracts, legal agreements, and end-to-end project management.
- Proven leadership with strong organisational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
