Graphic Designer – Trsna Foods (Full‑Time)
Location: Mumbai Department: Branding & Creative Reports To: Marketing Manager / Founder
Role Summary
The Graphic Designer at Trsna Foods will be the visual engine of the brand — responsible for creating high‑impact designs across packaging, digital, print, and brand identity. This role demands someone who lives and breathes design, understands FMCG aesthetics deeply, and can translate brand strategy into powerful visuals that stand out in retail shelves, digital platforms, and consumer minds.
This is not a basic designer role — we want a design powerhouse who knows every major design tool, understands modern AI‑driven workflows, and can independently conceptualize, execute, and deliver world‑class creative output.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Identity & Creative Development
- Create and evolve brand identity elements for Trsna Foods and its sub‑brands (Trsna, Krsna, etc.).
- Design logos, brand marks, typography systems, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
2. Packaging Design (Core FMCG Requirement)
- Conceptualize and design packaging for FMCG products including bottles, pouches, boxes, labels, and sleeves.
- Develop print‑ready artwork with correct die‑lines, bleed, color profiles, and production specifications.
- Work closely with printers, packaging vendors, and production teams to ensure flawless output.
- Create 3D mockups and realistic product renders for marketing and e‑commerce.
3. Marketing & Promotional Design
- Design banners, posters, standees, flyers, brochures, menu cards, and promotional materials.
- Create digital assets for social media, ads, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, events, and brand campaigns.
4. Website & Digital Design
- Update and enhance website layouts, product pages, and UI elements.
- Create web banners, sliders, icons, and graphics optimized for digital performance.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design assets.
5. AI‑Driven Creative Workflows
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, etc.) to generate concepts, variations, and creative ideas.
- Integrate AI workflows with traditional design tools for faster and more innovative output.
6. Mockups & Visualization
- Create high‑quality mockups for packaging, retail shelves, product displays, and marketing presentations.
- Develop lifestyle imagery and brand storytelling visuals.
7. Production & Print Coordination
- Prepare final artwork for print with correct specifications.
- Coordinate with printers, packaging manufacturers, and vendors.
- Ensure color accuracy, material compatibility, and quality control.
8. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and operations teams.
- Understand product positioning, consumer psychology, and brand strategy to create relevant designs.
- Support new product development with creative ideation and visual direction.

- Packaging Tools – Die‑line creation, print setup, CMYK/RGB management
- Website Design Tools – Figma, Adobe XD (preferred)
- Basic Video Editing – Premiere Pro / Canva (bonus)

- Strong understanding of FMCG packaging trends and consumer appeal.
- Ability to create clean, premium, modern, and retail‑friendly designs.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to convert abstract ideas into powerful visuals.
- Strong storytelling ability through design.

- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in graphic design (FMCG experience preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and digital design work.
- Experience working with FMCG brands is a strong advantage.
