Role Overview
The Entrepreneurship Intern will work directly with the Founder and leadership team on startup-building initiatives across business strategy, operations, product development, marketing, partnerships, research, and growth. This role is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to gain first-hand experience in building and scaling a startup from the ground up.
The intern will be exposed to multiple business functions and will contribute to strategic projects that drive the growth of Orbit XII Technologies and Popop.
Key ResponsibilitiesStartup Research & Innovation
- Conduct research on startups, industries, markets, and emerging trends.
- Analyze successful business models and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and expansion.
- Prepare research reports and strategic recommendations.
Business Strategy
- Assist in developing business plans and growth strategies.
- Support market entry and expansion initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
- Help evaluate new business opportunities and revenue models.
Product & Customer Discovery
- Research customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Gather feedback from users and communities.
- Assist in validating product ideas and feature concepts.
- Support product improvement initiatives.
Business Development
- Research potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
- Assist in outreach and relationship-building activities.
- Support partnership proposal creation and management.
- Maintain business development databases and trackers.
Operations & Execution
- Assist in managing strategic projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with different teams and departments.
- Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Support process improvement and organizational efficiency.
Marketing & Growth
- Contribute ideas for customer acquisition and engagement.
- Research growth strategies used by successful startups.
- Assist in community-building and promotional initiatives.
- Support brand awareness and outreach campaigns.
Founder’s Office Support
- Work on special projects assigned by the Founder.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and strategic documents.
- Participate in leadership discussions and planning sessions.
- Gain exposure to executive decision-making processes.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for ambitious, curious, and entrepreneurial individuals who want to learn how startups are built and scaled. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and excited about taking ownership of projects while contributing to the growth of a fast-moving startup.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
