Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and effective classroom teaching
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials
- Monitor student progress and provide individual support
- Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning culture
- Encourage communication, creativity, and critical thinking
- Collaborate with coordinators and parents for student development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, B.Ed preferred
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and working with children
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply
