What You'll Do
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for connecting with insurance agencies and business clients across the United States through our CRM system. Your primary goal is to build relationships, generate business opportunities, and help clients with their commercial auto insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based insurance agents and business prospects using the company's CRM.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurance agencies.
- Present and explain commercial auto insurance products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer interactions, call notes, and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Work closely with the sales and management team to maximize conversions.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
- Stay updated on company products, sales strategies, and industry developments.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum experience required: 1 year
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work with CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, insurance, or an international process is preferred but not mandatory.
