We are looking for a creative and result oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can generate quality leads and help expand our online presence.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with 1 plus experience in lead generation, Meta paid advertising, social media marketing, SEO, website management, and creative content design. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing and capable of creating campaigns that generate inquiries and conversions for our study abroad, overseas recruitment, and other business services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Generate inquiries for study abroad, overseas jobs, and other internal company programs.
- Create strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid ad campaigns.
- Create audience targeting strategies to maximize results.
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, and ROI.
2. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
- Design posters, creatives, banners, and marketing materials.
- Use Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools effectively.
- Create attractive promotional content for social media and advertising campaigns.
- Manage company social media accounts.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
3. SEO & Website Management
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Update website content and landing pages regularly.
- Improve website performance and lead generation capabilities.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and growth.
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of Digital Marketing experience.
· Experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
· Good knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop.
· Knowledge of SEO and website management.
· Understanding of lead generation strategies.
· Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
· Good communication and creative thinking skills.
Experience in recruitment, study abroad, or service industry marketing is an added advantage.
