We are looking for a proactive Legal Associate to support our Web3 legal consulting practice while also contributing to client outreach, relationship management, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Web3 legal and regulatory advisory matters.
- Support FIU-IND registrations, offshore licensing, compliance, and corporate structuring projects.
- Conduct legal research and prepare client-facing documentation.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, partners, and service providers.
- Participate in outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building activities.
- Support webinars, LinkedIn engagement, content initiatives, and business development efforts.
- Assist in promoting the firm's legal services and proprietary products.
Requirements
- LLB/LLM degree. Freshers and Interns are also welcome.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Interest in Web3, blockchain, fintech, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and growth.
