Job Description – Sales Head
The Sales Head is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving organizational sales targets. This role involves developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and building a high-performing sales team through continuous training, mentoring, and performance development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and strengthen market presence.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Develop and deliver product knowledge training to equip employees with a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
- Train, mentor, and coach employees on lead generation, customer engagement, sales presentations, negotiation, and effective closing techniques.
- Identify employee training needs, evaluate performance, and implement development programs to enhance skills, productivity, and overall performance.
- Provide continuous guidance, motivation, and performance coaching to build a high-performing sales team.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities and improve sales processes.
