Job Summary
QA Testing Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Field Sales Executive to develop business and promote our laboratory testing services across Himachal Pradesh.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, generating leads and building long-term business relationships with industries, manufacturers, construction companies, contractors and other potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, market research and networking.
- Visit industries, manufacturing units, construction companies, contractors and other potential clients.
- Promote and explain the company's laboratory testing and inspection services.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and prospective clients.
- Convert leads into business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead and follow-up reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma holders can apply.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, BDE or Field Sales will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with regular travel and field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Candidates having knowledge of local industrial and business markets in Himachal Pradesh will be preferred.
