Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations at a premium luxury resort in Nilagiri at Devala.
The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all front office operations including reception, reservations, and guest relations
Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes
Deliver exceptional guest service and handle VIP guests with professionalism
Address guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
Lead, train, and supervise front office team members
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments for seamless operations
Monitor room availability, occupancy, and reservations
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and system management
Maintain high standards of grooming, discipline, and service quality among staff
Implement and follow resort SOPs and brand standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Front Office operations
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Experience in luxury resort/hotel preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
