Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, improving conversion rates, achieving enrollment and revenue targets, and ensuring a disciplined and high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Consultants and Team Leaders.
- Set clear individual and team targets for revenue, enrollments, and productivity.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance review sessions.
- Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
2. Revenue & Enrollment Growth
- Own and achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Drive team performance to maximize conversions and revenue generation.
- Assist team members in handling critical prospects and closures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and conversion rates.
3. Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates by all team members.
- Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline and lead status.
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify improvement opportunities.
4. Training & Team Development
- Conduct onboarding and continuous training programs for sales team members.
- Improve team capabilities in counseling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and groom future Team Leaders and Sales Managers.
5. Process Adherence & Discipline
- Ensure compliance with attendance, reporting, and sales processes.
- Monitor productivity metrics such as dialings, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain discipline and accountability across the team.
6. Strategic Planning & Business Growth
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational growth objectives.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to improve products and sales strategies.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or EdTech.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing and leading sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives based on team revenue, enrollments, and overall business performance.
- Compensation revisions will be considered based on consistent performance, leadership contribution, and business impact.
