Job Summary
We are looking for a Procurement Executive with hands-on experience in SAP MM and strong Microsoft Excel skills to support procurement and material management operations.
The role involves analyzing inventory shortages, preparing reports, and raising procurement requests to ensure timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities using SAP MM.
- Analyze inventory levels and material shortages against project demand.
- Prepare shortage and inventory analysis reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Raise and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
- Monitor stock levels and support material planning activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and material availability.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and SAP data.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Procurement or Material Management.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in SAP MM (mandatory).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with analytical ability.
- Experience in inventory analysis, stock monitoring, or shortage reporting.
- Knowledge of material planning or inventory management is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Schedule
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Thursday) or as per job demand.
