Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Operational Technical Manager to manage our Learning Management System (LMS). The candidate will handle LMS access, schedule sessions, and coordinate between students, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the LMS platform efficiently
- Provide and monitor user access (students & trainers)
- Upload course materials, assignments, and updates on LMS
- Schedule online classes, meetings, and training sessions
- Coordinate with trainers, students, and the management team
- Ensure smooth execution of daily academic and technical operations
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to LMS access
- Maintain records of attendance, sessions, and user activity
- Send timely updates, reminders, and notifications
Probation & Salary
- Initial salary: ₹15,000/month
- After successful probation: ₹18,000/month
