Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new export markets and buyers through B2B portals, trade directories, exhibitions, and direct outreach.
- Respond to enquiries within 2 hours and maintain consistent follow-up (5–7 touchbacks) to maximize order conversion.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, proforma invoices, and contracts in line with Incoterms.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely shipment. Manage export documentation (LC, commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Gather market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and demand trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in export sales.
Working knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and LC procedures.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office Word & Excel and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel internationally and attend trade fairs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
