Job Title: Debt Recovery Agent (DRA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit customers to recover overdue payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and collect outstanding dues.
- Verify customer addresses and contact details.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve assigned recovery targets while maintaining professional customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
- Experience in field collections/recovery is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- DRA certificate required
Pay: ₹8,771.20 - ₹27,627.69 per month
