Dynamic Group (Dynamic Crane Engineers Pvt Ltd + Dynamic Servitech Pvt Ltd, Pune) sells crane safety systems, JCB access equipment, and rope testing services to construction and industrial clients across India. We get daily enquiries from our ad campaigns — we need someone who picks up the phone, understands what the client needs, sends the quotation, and follows up until the order is closed.
What you will do:
- Call every new inbound enquiry the same day and record details in our ERP system
- Prepare and send quotations, then follow up by phone and WhatsApp until the client decides
- Handle first-level price objections and keep deals moving
- Visit clients in and around Pune when a meeting helps close the order
- After the order: chase delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up
Who fits:
- 0-3 years experience; freshers with strong communication welcome
- Fluent Hindi and Marathi, working English
- Comfortable on the phone most of the day, disciplined about follow-up
- Two-wheeler and licence for local visits
- Any exposure to construction equipment, industrial products, or dealership sales is a plus
Pay: Rs 22,000-26,000 fixed per month + uncapped monthly incentives on closed orders (Rs 3,000-10,000 once ramped). Local conveyance reimbursed. Clear growth path into a senior field sales role.
