Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing activities and ensure compliance with GST, EPF, and ESIC requirements.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, banking transactions, and financial record-keeping. Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Ensure timely processing of payments, receipts, and related documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and business events.
- Manage company phone calls, emails, and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Track and follow up on important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Provide administrative and executive support to ensure smooth business operations.
Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of Billing, GST, EPF, and ESIC compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
