Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales representatives to identify customer needs and business challenges.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and consultation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Address technical questions and objections during the sales cycle.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor offerings.
- Assist in proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot implementations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or sales engineering within the paper, packaging, pulp, printing, or allied industries.
Pay: ₹30,855.71 - ₹42,613.99 per month
