Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and support administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier services and mail.
- Handle visitor records and issue visitor passes if required.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for visitor or customer requirements.
- Respond to email inquiries and redirect them to the concerned department.
- Support HR and Administration teams with day-to-day activities.
- Ensure all office communication is handled efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
