JOB PURPOSE
Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience is a key member of the global HR team, responsible for attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining talent across PHINIA’s diverse international workforce. Partnering closely with HR leaders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams across multiple regions, this role drives consistency and continuous improvement in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development practices. Through strong global collaboration, data-driven insights, and employee-focused initiatives, the position helps create an inclusive, connected, and high-performing employee experience while supporting PHINIA’s business objectives and growth strategy worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with HR Leadership to assess current practices, identify opportunities, and drive harmonization across talent acquisition, talent management, and employee experience
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the end-to-end employee lifecycle experience (attraction, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention); driving initiatives that enhance inclusion and overall workplace experience
- Identify and address gaps in the employee career journey to enhance experience and outcomes
- Conduct complex analysis of HR and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting organizational performance
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve engagement, development, performance, and retention outcomes
- Support global talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience aligned with company values
- Design, implement, and continuously improve employee engagement strategies and initiatives; leading the engagement survey processes, including rollout, action planning, and follow-up interventions
- Strengthen employee listening mechanisms and embed a culture of continuous feedback
- Develop and support communication strategies that strengthen transparency, connection, and engagement across the organization
- Own and drive improvements to the global performance management process
- Manage and support broader talent management processes, including development and progression
- Partner with HR teams on key programs influencing talent and performance practices
- Lead or contribute to global HR projects that enhance our approach to talent acquisition and employee experience
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver impactful outcomes within defined timelines, taking ownership of special projects as required
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience using HRIS tool -Workday to support HR processes and reporting
- Strong understanding of global talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement practices
- Demonstrated experience working with engagement surveys, employee listening, and experience initiatives
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Global mindset with experience working across diverse teams and cultures
