Job Summary
DT7 Agency is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop lead generation, conversion, traffic, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple client accounts.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with Lead Generation, E-commerce, and Conversion Campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Experience in campaign optimisation and budget management.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
