- Strong knowledge in Companies Act, 2013.
- Basic knowledge and exposure in MCA portal.
- Good communication and drafting skills in English.
- Curiosity and open mindedness to learn and improve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare & Maintain ROC compliance calendar and due date tracker.
- Assist in preparation & filing of applicable ROC forms.
- Maintain and update Statutory registers, director & Shareholding records.
- Organise and maintain all past MCA filings and ROC forms.
- Prepare board resolutions, notices and basic corporate documents.
- Coordination with Management and inter – department collaboration.
