We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal operations for hospital furniture and medical equipment. The role involves handling product listings, order processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of GeM orders.
GeM Portal Management
- Handle end-to-end GeM order processing (order acceptance, updates, dispatch status, invoice upload).
- Upload and update product images, specifications, pricing, and technical details on the GeM portal.
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, T&Cs, and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in GeM portal handling (mandatory).
- Knowledge of hospital furniture / medical equipment (preferred).
- Familiar with government procurement documentation.
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email).
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
