Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a deep foundation in Linux administration to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be the primary driver of our container orchestration infrastructure, taking full ownership of our Amazon EKS environments. You will architect, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps, while embedding security directly into the development lifecycle using GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS). Additionally, you will manage secure, streamlined access across our tooling ecosystem via Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.

Kubernetes Management (EKS): Architect, deploy, and scale highly available Amazon EKS clusters. Manage container deployments, service meshes, and ingress controllers.
CI/CD Pipeline Architecture: Design and implement automated build, test, and release pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO).
DevSecOps & Vulnerability Management: Implement and manage GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS). Configure CodeQL, secret scanning, and Dependabot to ensure code and dependencies are secure before deployment.
Identity & Access Management: Integrate and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (such as SAML or OIDC) across Kubernetes clusters, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and internal applications to ensure secure, role-based access.
Monitoring & Reliability: Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure infrastructure reliability and uptime.
Must-Have Qualifications
Linux Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration, OS-level troubleshooting, kernel tuning, and shell scripting.
Amazon EKS (Strict Requirement): Proven, production-grade experience building, upgrading, and managing Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) clusters.
Azure DevOps: Strong experience creating multi-stage YAML pipelines, managing release gates, and utilizing Azure Repos/Artifacts.
Security & GHAS: Practical experience deploying and managing GitHub Advanced Security features (Code Scanning, Secret Scanning) within enterprise environments.
SSO Integration: Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts with hands-on experience configuring SSO (OIDC/OAuth2/SAML) for developer tools and cloud environments.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for provisioning infrastructure.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with identity providers like Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Okta, or Keycloak.
Familiarity with Kubernetes-native deployment tools (Helm, ArgoCD).
