The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and timely movement and delivery of vehicles. The role includes collecting vehicles from branches, transferring vehicles between branches, fixing number plates, ensuring vehicles are clean and delivery-ready, safely delivering vehicles to customers, and supporting the Sales and Marketing Teams in promotional activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Vehicle Delivery
- Coordinate daily vehicle delivery requirements with the Sales Team.
- Collect vehicles from the assigned branch for delivery.
- Deliver vehicles safely to customers as instructed.
- Ensure vehicles reach customers on time.
- Assist the Sales Executive during vehicle delivery whenever required.
- Ensure the vehicle is properly presented to the customer at the time of delivery.
B. Branch-to-Branch Vehicle Transfer
- Collect and transfer vehicles from one SRIVARI HONDA branch to another branch as instructed.
- Coordinate vehicle movement according to branch requirements.
- Handle vehicles carefully during transportation.
- Check the basic condition of the vehicle before and after movement.
- Immediately report any damage, accident, breakdown or other issue to the concerned manager.
C. Number Plate Fixing
- Collect number plates from the concerned branch/team.
- Fix the correct number plate properly and securely on the respective vehicle.
- Ensure the number plate is fitted neatly and correctly.
- Verify the number plate before fixing it to the vehicle.
- Report any mismatch, damage or issue immediately to the Branch Manager/Sales Manager.
D. Vehicle Preparation
- Ensure the vehicle is properly washed and cleaned before delivery.
- Ensure the vehicle is in a good and presentable condition.
- Check that customer-requested accessories are fitted before delivery.
- Ensure floor mat, tool kit and other applicable delivery items are available.
- Coordinate with the PDI, Service and Accessories Teams if any work is pending.
- Ensure the vehicle is fully ready before the customer arrives.
E. Customer Delivery Support
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer professionally and safely.
- Assist in positioning and presenting the vehicle during delivery.
- Support the Sales Executive in explaining basic vehicle features when required.
- Ensure the customer receives the vehicle in a clean and satisfactory condition.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers.
- Report customer concerns to the Sales Manager/Branch Manager.
F. Marketing Activity Support
- Assist the Sales and Marketing Teams in branch-level marketing activities.
- Support promotional events, road shows, exhibitions, display activities and customer engagement programs.
- Assist in arranging and moving vehicles for marketing events and promotional activities.
- Support vehicle display and promotional activities at different locations.
- Assist the team in setting up and maintaining vehicle displays during marketing activities.
- Support local marketing activities and outdoor promotional campaigns as instructed.
- Assist in distributing promotional materials and coordinating customer engagement activities.
- Participate in special sales campaigns, exchange camps, test-drive activities and other promotional programs.
- Travel to different locations for official marketing activities whenever required.
G. Vehicle Safety & Responsibility
- Drive and handle company/customer vehicles responsibly.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety procedures.
- Take proper care of vehicles while they are under the employee's custody.
- Avoid unnecessary or unauthorized use of vehicles.
- Immediately report any accident, damage, breakdown or unusual issue to the concerned manager.
H. Coordination
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, PDI, Service, Accessories and Marketing Teams.
- Follow instructions regarding vehicle collection, transfer and delivery.
- Ensure vehicles are available at the required branch or customer location on time.
- Support the Sales Team in completing customer deliveries without delay.
- Assist other departments whenever assigned by the Branch Manager/Sales Manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
