Eclat is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, AI-powered healthcare products. This is a hands-on architecture role focused on AWS cloud platforms, healthcare integrations, data lakes, AI/LLM solutions, and HIPAA-compliant systems.

Design and implement secure, scalable AWS architectures for healthcare applications.

Architect AI/LLM-powered solutions including RAG, document intelligence, coding recommendations, and automation workflows.

Build healthcare data platforms, ETL pipelines, and analytics solutions.

Lead integrations with healthcare systems using FHIR, HL7, and X12 EDI standards.

Define HIPAA-compliant security, governance, and data protection frameworks.

Collaborate with engineering, product, clients, and vendors to drive architecture decisions.

Mentor senior engineers and establish architectural best practices.

6+ years in solution architecture or senior engineering roles.

Strong AWS expertise (Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudFormation/Terraform).

Hands-on Python development (Pandas, NumPy, Boto3, SQLAlchemy).

Experience building production AI/LLM solutions and agentic workflows.

Healthcare domain knowledge, especially RCM, claims, coding, FHIR, HL7, and X12.

Experience designing HIPAA-compliant applications and healthcare integrations.

Strong database, data lake, ETL, and cloud security knowledge.

Multi-cloud experience (Azure/GCP).

Vector databases, RAG optimization, and LLM fine-tuning.

Power BI/Tableau expertise.

Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and healthcare vendor integrations (Availity, Way star).
