Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the brand.
- Meet prospective franchise partners and close outlet bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Projects, Procurement, Operations, and Marketing to ensure timely outlet setup.
- Monitor the complete outlet setup process from booking to launch.
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders for successful store opening.
- Support franchise partners during the onboarding and launch process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Retail, or Franchise Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination and project management abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
