About the Role
We are hiring an experienced SEO Sales Executive who has hands-on experience selling SEO and digital marketing services to businesses. The ideal candidate should be confident in lead generation, client acquisition, consultative selling, and closing B2B deals. Candidates with prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business goals and online marketing requirements.
- Sell SEO services including Local SEO, Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, E-commerce SEO, Enterprise SEO, and SEO Audits.
- Cross-sell digital marketing services such as Google Ads (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Website Development, ORM, and Performance Marketing.
- Conduct client consultations, presentations, and online meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized SEO packages.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the SEO and project delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in SEO Sales or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable SEO solutions.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or IT Sales with SEO service selling experience.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.

- Experience selling SEO retainers and digital marketing packages.
- Comfortable handling domestic and international clients.
- Strong objection-handling and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
