Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month
Sales Target
- Monthly Target: 13 Solar Installation Projects

To keep your team motivated, you can structure it like this:
1. Fixed Salary
- ₹40,000 per month (regardless of sales)
2. Target Achievement
- Below 8 Projects:
- → Full salary OR consider performance review
- 8–12 Projects:
→ ₹40,000 (no extra incentive)
- 13 Projects (Target Achieved):
→ ₹40,000 + Incentive (₹2,000–₹5,000 per project recommended)→ ₹40,000 + Higher incentive (₹5,000+ per extra project)Optional Deduction Policy (if needed)
- Above Target (14+ Projects):
If you want stricter performance control:
- Less than 50% target → Consider warning / performance discussion
- No need to cut salary legally unless mentioned in agreement
