Job Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Cleanliness
- Supervise cleaners and housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness across factory and production areas.
- Manage waste disposal, hygiene standards, and overall industrial housekeeping.
Facility Management & Maintenance
- Oversee daily facility management, including plumbing, electrical, lighting, and maintenance work.
- Ensure smooth functioning of factory utilities, machinery, and infrastructure.
Supplies & Expense Management
- Manage cleaning supplies, maintenance materials, and repair-related expenses.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing and inventory tracking.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in housekeeping, cleaners supervision, facility management, maintenance, manufacturing unit, or hotel operations.
- Graduate in any stream with good team management skills.
