Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, specifically in hiring and marketing OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT candidates. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and H1B candidates for US IT requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified entry-level IT candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consultants are submitted to suitable client requirements.
- Conduct preliminary technical and HR screening interviews.
- Guide candidates regarding resume preparation, interview scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with consultants regarding project status, availability, and documentation.
- Update and maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and university networks.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation requirements.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to improve retention and consultant engagement.
- Coordinate with vendors and account managers for consultant submissions and placements.
- Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment and placement targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an OPT Recruiter in the US IT Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC-EAD, and TN visa classifications.
- Hands-on experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT technologies and hiring process.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with implementation partners and vendors.
- Understanding of the complete US recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience in consultant marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,107.68 - ₹42,393.39 per month
